FP-01FP Research
Research put before scholars for their opinion, before it is finished.
FP Research is for LL.M. and PhD researchers and for scholars, in any country and on any country’s law. A researcher lodges a proposal, a working paper or a part of a thesis. Professors and other researchers read it and comment under their own names. The work then goes on, to a finished paper here or elsewhere.
Unpublished work is protected. The moment a text is lodged, its fingerprint and the time go into a public register, which proves the work was the author’s on that date without showing any of it. The author decides who may read it and how much the public is told. Each reader gives an undertaking, and the author sees who opened the work and when.
For opinion
Proposals, working papers, thesis work and replies.
An editor checks that the work is serious and in scope, then it opens to the readers the author chose. Comments are taken for sixty days. These are not publications and are not to be cited without the author’s consent.
Finished
Papers reviewed blind by two scholars.
A finished paper is public, carries an FPR citation, and keeps the date on which it was first lodged. How review works.
